I would also like to congratulate the CS Team to have made PROTSAHAN a huge success. Although I was able to be a part of the entire event towards the end, I was thrilled to see the little boys and girls and our volunteers dancing and enjoying the event so much. It was very well coordinated and organized and I am happy that we as an organization have collectively been able to bring happiness to so many kids. Hope we will be able to sustain this spirit and wish to see lot more of such coordination and teamwork in the future.

Let me admit that the this couldn't have been a one day effort rather it must have taken atleast a month of complete dedication and accountability to organise it in this fashion.I must thank the entire team of volunteers present on the day and others who did lots but were not present. Its commendable effort by the entire team of volunteers from TCS to shoulder such a responsibility so effectively inspite of their regular day to day work in a company like TCS. To mention specially that the decoration, dedication, selection of judges, volunteers,arrengment of articles{colours, drawing sheets etc}, preparation of food to cordination of the team, program management was unquestionably fantastic.

Protsahan - It Means Encouragement. It was a small attempt to bring out, the hidden talents within the children we consider as financially & emotionally deprived. These children, who participated in Protsahan events are far from the daily privileges of life that regular school going (our) children easily have. Sometimes they are deprived of even three course meals for a day. In spite of all odds, the courage and spirit they showed while performing on stage, facing as many as 650 people in audience, was more than just remarkable and brought tears to our eyes, for taking so long to bring the first chapter of Protsahan to Kolkata, this year. Next year, we'll come back in a bigger and better way.
